If you are traveling by taxi, tell the driver to go to number 5 Ly Thuong Kiet, the alley entrance is to the right of this location (see second map for approximate alley setup). Walk down the alley to building number 20, the last building on the right. DIF meets on the second floor.

Three streets past the Novotel Hotel, turn left on Ly Thuong Kiet. Take Tran Phu to Ly Thuong Kiet Street (only 2-3 blocks). Turn right on Ly Thuong Kiet.
